The problem
Clients were losing over €500,000 annually due to lack of digital process control and predictive modeling. Without these tools, they faced delayed market entry, scaling bottlenecks, and excessive trial-and-error experimentation cycles that prevented efficient, reproducible operations.
How we solved it?
We leveraged the Intemic platform to analyze production data from multiple batches, initially provided as Excel files. Following comprehensive data exploration, cleaning, and validation, we developed a mechanistic model that accurately describes microorganism growth and metabolism dynamics within the batch bioreactor system. Once the model was validated, we deployed all the dataflow in our platform, for real-time forecasting and alerting.
