Context
InOut is a project focused on intelligent indoor air quality management and improving energy efficiency in buildings. Its goal is to turn real operational and environmental data into actionable decisions that reduce energy use, anticipate issues, and sustain performance over time.
The problem
Indoor air quality and energy consumption depend on many variables that change continuously, including occupancy, weather, equipment condition, and usage patterns. Without predictive capabilities and real-time visualization, it becomes difficult to:
Detect performance degradation before it turns into failures.
Adjust operations to minimize energy cost while maintaining target air quality and comfort.
Quantify the impact of changes with clear traceability from raw signals to KPIs.
How we solve it
Intemic connects to relevant systems and sensors, ingests and validates real-time data, and enables:
Real-time dashboards and alerts for IAQ and energy consumption.
Operational optimization to reduce energy while keeping air quality within targets.
Predictive maintenance through early detection of degradation patterns.
End-to-end traceability from signals and events to metrics and reported outcomes.
